Core Project Team

The Alliance Core Project Team (CPT) originated out of the first group of individuals to be convened by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in 2000 - to collaborate and coordinate responses to domestic violence. Since then, the CPT has grown and changed and now includes both funded and non-funded members who play key roles in guiding coordination, alignment and best practices around issues of interpersonal violence throughout the County. CPT helps to guide The Alliance in direction and bolster best practices. Their agencies are the ones who help to do the work of the initiative.
